Test your idea

Before you spend a dollar,
see if it can be briefed.

A product idea becomes a real product the moment it can be written as something a factory can quote. Answer these 5 honestly. Nothing is stored, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Every answer you cannot tick yet is a thing we work out with you in Phase 01. A blank score is a starting point, not a no.

What happens next

We prove the demand
before anyone builds anything.

Tooling is the first expensive step in a product business, and it is the hardest one to undo. So it is the last thing we do in Phase 01, not the first.

Step 01

The brief

  • We write it down. Your idea becomes a spec: who it is for, the problem, the physical thing, and the constraints.
  • If it cannot be briefed, it is not a product yet, and we tell you that before you spend anything.

Step 02

AI demand research

  • Is anyone looking? We test for real search and buying demand, how big it is, and who is already serving it.
  • What are they buying instead? The alternatives, their prices, and the gap your product would sit in.

Step 03

Pain point validation

  • Does it actually fix it? We check the concept against the problem it claims to solve.
  • Then, and only then, we move to factories, materials, and a costed first run.

A no in Phase 01 costs you a conversation. A no after tooling costs a great deal more.

Start here

Tell us the product
you wish existed.

3 sentences is enough: what it is, who it is for, and the problem it solves. If it is not ready yet, say that too. That is a normal place to start.

01

You send 3 sentences

No deck, no business plan. The idea and who would buy it.

02

We reply with what we would test first

The specific question your idea lives or dies on, and how we would answer it.

03

If it holds, we scope Phase 01

Brief, demand research, validation. Pricing on request.
